I was interested in buying the D5000 Nikon camera and I was looking at your account! So I was wondering if I get a second lens is nikkor 55-200 zoom lens with the 18-55 Nikkor zoom with the camera. I like all features, except the fact that is not captured well! Please tell me if the amount of spin on things to be. Like say I'm standing 12 feet away from a bird, how close that I can zoom lens of 55-200 in advance:?? Thank you) will choose best answer!
It seems you do not understand what exactly is captured when belonging to an advanced digital SLR camera. You buy the zoom you need to shoot like shooting issues. A 2x zoom could be a 12-24 mm zoom or a 200-400 mm zoom, but as you can guess, that cover different areas of much of the coverage. In the case of birds shot No. 55-200 mm lens is to be used for do that. For shooting landscapes, group shots, portraits and even the 18-55 mm lens will be your choice. This is a link that will show how different types of focal length lens captures the subject http://www.tamron.com/lenses/learning_center/tools/focal-length-comparison.php The same is NOT an endorsement for Tamron lenses To answer your question, if your budget can not buy a streatch the sole purpose of 18-200 mm VR, buying two lenses as the list is the next best
