Nikon Nikon 200mm vs 18-18-70mm?

I just got the Nikon 18-200mm lens but I'm changing my mind, I have the 200 mm lens VR-55 and it would be better if I Just get a 18-70mm for about $ 400 and a Tamron 90mm macro as for my D3000? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. Just to clarify I wonder if the quality 18-70 and 55-200 of the wise man of the highest quality 18-200mm
