Ok, so now I have brought my camera to choose the lens that I have a choice of three packages in my price range Nikon 28-80mm f/3.3-5.6G Autofocus Nikkor 18-55mm Nikon 3.5 28-200mm f/3.5-6.3 5.6G Lens and more please help ill be learning on this camera and will to be used primarily for portraiture and landscape photography, but I want something good for motion footage

If it is a reflex digital, then the landscape and the portrait is required 18-55 mm If you have a Nikon 35 mm SLR then the 28-80 mm would be a good choice My guess is that the 28-200 mm Nikkor lens is not (the f/3.5-6.3 is the give away) The Nikkor 28-200mm f/3.5-5.6) works very well for a 35 mm SLR, but 18 -200mm DX VR is much more versatile in DX nikon digital slr cameras.
