Wide angle lens for Nikon D90?

I have Nikon D90, I'm looking for a wide angle. What you suggest, Sigma 10-20mm or Tamron 10-24mm.? Tamron has broad opening, but what about the quality of the lens. Thanks

Both give a decent quality, but if I want the best buy Nikon, but it will cost more.
