How I can install a flash and everything you need in a 35 mm SLR camera Nikon F2 Photomic base?

I have everything that comes in the normal Nikon F2 Photomic SLR, but Zapata, coupling, sync switch, cables, or any of those things, none of which I know is necessary. So yes, any list of things needed and recommends how to install / configure them would be great. Thanks! J
