Will I have all of the following lens (eg focus Auto-Focus/manual / VR) Nikon Telephoto Zoom 55-200mm AF-S IF-ED DX VR Zoom-Nikkor lens Oh yeah, and also easy ten points to best answer!

Yes you would with the 2 cameras are very similar except for a few improvements in the d60
