When using a manual 70-210 AI NIKKOR lens on an F4, can you see the autofocus results through the viewfinder?

What you will see is the electronic rangefinder in focus indicator. It is a green dot that lights up when the lens is in focus.

There will be no “auto-focus” results, since the lens in not auto-focus.
