Trying to download pictures off my Nikon Coolpix 7600 today, and Picture Project program said …?
… "Offline." I had hooked everything right and has always worked so far. What do you think is causing this and what should I do?
The problem could be either with the camera or the computer's USB port or USB cable. If you have access to another USB cable and computer, you can try different combinations to isolate the problem. If it the problem is with the camera's USB port – can use a USB memory card reader to transfer photos to your computer.
