Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 Digital Camera 14.1 MP
I bought this camera through Amazon and was happy with the method and therefore the speed of delivery. SLR cameras I had used back in the 70's and 80's, but had stuck with an area of target and shoot cameras since then. This is often the fifth digital camera and I wanted to upgrade to a camera with a lot of advanced options, however, while the cost, weight and complications (Such as lens shift) of DSLRs. I'm an amateur photographer who travels so much weight, quality and choice matters a lot to me.
Serious contenders the current camera is the Canon Powershot SX30IS, the Nikon Coolpix P100, so the Panasonic DMC-FZ100. The four cameras cameras seem to be nice, however I selected the Panasonic DMC-FZ40, as a result of its rich set of features and value for money. The others did not quite fulfill my desire for one reason or another. eg the fee can be a little too big and serious.
So far, I am very happy with the FZ40. is a solid feel, is responsible for all duties, and while I have not really mastered all the options however, seems to be what I'm longing for this type of camera.
My biggest hesitation on that purchase was due to battery problem. Insist on using its own set of battery is acceptable as long as the battery is accessible to get. This appeared to be the case so far. In my opinion, it is inexcusable to release a camera, knowing that there will be an added requirement for batteries, and batteries can not be obtain. I hope that soon this example can be solved, so went ahead and created the acquisition. I gave five stars as a result of the camera. The question battery is of vital importance, however would not require anything away from the camera.
Panasonic has done a decent job in delivering a feature-rich camera, performing terribly cheap, relatively cheap value. I feel the duty if the Panasonic battery have to get these cameras are flying off the shelves.
