What digital camera should I get for my birthday?
I was thinking of getting the Nikon cool pix .. Ashton Kutcher which makes commersals to .. but I wondered what the difference between the COOLPIX S600 and the Coolpix S550 is it??
What I have always heard the shutter speed of the Coolpix S600 is incredibly impressive, and this is the opposite of the S550. But ironically, the opinions of experts seem to agree that the picture quality seems better in the whole body for the S550. The S600 is also a little smaller than the S550, but the LCD is slightly larger than the S550. Battery life is slightly better with the S550 (which you can take like 50 shots more than the S600 before the battery goes out). Also, the S550 has a 5x zoom, while the S600 has a 4x zoom. Personally, I have the Coolpix S550 and I love it. The image quality is excellent, the features are great.
