Which camera is better: nikon d3000 or Canon Rebel?
For some reason, I always have in my head that more megapixels a camera best. Can someone explain that a little better for me? I do not know why when I look at the cameras, I always think that. These are the two I'm looking at: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Canon-8.1-MP-REBEL-XT/3626648 and I am more inclined http://www.walmart.com/ip/Nikon-10.2-MP-D3000-Kit/12169833 towards the Nikon, in fact. I read somewhere that the rebels were a pain in the life of the battery. (Perhaps this is another camera I'm thinking, but I vaguely remember someone complain about that.) Soy a first-time digital SLR of time so that any information you need to know before you buy, probably would be good too. Is that a good price for the D3000?
