What tripod would you recommend for use with Nikon D60? ?
I am using standard 18-55mm and 10-20mm lens and am a bit worried that the camera might be a bit heavy for some tripods. At least that's what I've read on some websites. I'm fairly new to photography and would appreciate any advice I can give
You are so right. Looking for a tripod that held about ten kilos … then you will have enough strength to sustain it once the camera finally hang in there. Bogen tripods for some excellent and is the last I bought. With head and tripod, spends about $ 350, but will last a lifetime. Look for some good used on craigslist and try to buy a good used for about $ 50 or less. I found a Tiltall old in perfect condition about $ 50 on craigslist, and can hold a 4×5 view camera … so we suggest that the buying can find a good use of tripod a better investment.
