Canon Rebel XSi O T1i – What Should I buy Canon Rebel
Personally, I would choose the Canon Rebel XSi unless I had some extra money that I do not know what to do with it. And I have some good reasons. Canon has been at the top of the digital camera market, and in particular at the top of the market DSLR (with Nikon) forever. Your Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras are all excellent. You could not make a mistake to buy any of them.
Even lowest line of Canon digital SLR, the Canon Rebel, are rated highly by all the camera review websites. While there are plenty very good cameras to choose from than a non-Canon, each of them is a great choice, and you have to do serious research before making your decision purchase unless you have some information within a professional photographer friend. But buying a Canon digital SLR is a truism. All of them are good. You will really impressed with the quality of the images.
OK, so why choose on T1i Rebel XSi? It is for the price. The XSi is more than $ 150 plus is cheaper than younger cousin, the T1i. And for the photographer (which is what most of us when we bought our first digital SLR level input) differences in the technology of the two cameras are almost nonexistent. The exception is HD video. If you should have the video from your digital camera then you should get a Canon Rebel T1i. Otherwise, go with the XSi.
Use the $ 150 you save to buy an additional lens or a tripod.
Bottom line if you are asking the question "should I buy Canon Rebel" .. You can not make a mistake, because both are fantastic.
