What are the best compact binoculars to buy for the money?

Nikon? Pentax? etc.

I also recommend Bushnell, I have a pair of 16X30 for $ 39 and 15×25-7 for $ 49. I like the 7-15 but my 16x to get more light with the lens larger than 30 mm.
