Which camera is better?
I want to be able to take good pictures of the eyes and have a clear / good quality images .. I know both Canon and Nikon are very good in the SLR market, like to point and click, you know Cannon is good and have been very popular, especially with really small cameras. In terms of specifications techniques, the Nikon can focus on objects close up, but only 3.5x optical compared with 12 times optical Cannon. In addition, the Nikon has a sensor large (1/1.72 "compared with 1/2.5"), which is better for taking pictures not as good lighting conditions, and also helps reduce some of the noise. Both seem to have image stabilization, which is an advantage. So if you are really taking pictures of people's eyes, I would go to by Nikon. You get a higher resolution allows you to focus on closer objects, and can provide you with less noisy images in some cases, although it is difficult say without getting to play with both cameras (this is only judging by the specs).
