If you are connecting to a PC, go to my computer and seek a new unit (under "Devices with Removable Storage.") In one, look Mac in the right hand of your screen. If any of them are not there reader to check the box for additional software that comes with it and check that everything is connected correctly. Note: If your camera is filming 'Raw' mode (a setting on the camera) and you do not have specialized software, you will not be able to see them. Would have to be changed to JPEG in the camera.
