How I can change the camera on my level of ISO on a Nikon Coolpix L10?

I could not find anything in the manual about it. Please help!

http://www.nikonusa.com/pdf/manuals/noprint/L11_L10en_noprint.pdf Look on page 25, changes of ISO 64 to 800, if you turn many times the flash and image is dark, then the camera moves to ISO 800 by itself.
