Is this a good camera for me?

I have 15 years and very interested in photography. I have a Nikon Coolpix L10 and I get a new pro more. camera. I want a camera that gives me manual control without having to change lenses and such. Excellent Choice or not mine. I prefer the Fujifilm camera.
