How I can read the pictures from my camera, plz help?

So I bought a nikon coolpix l20 camera, and am having trouble installing software becuz I have no service pack 3. My team allows me to install custom cogens so I can see my pictures. would be easier to buy a reader justice card? plz help ♥

Oh if you buy a card reader is always easier! Although this test. L20 Connect your computer and go to Start> My Computer and it should say somewhere there COOLPIX or something. Open it and you may have to open a folder or two to get there, but all images must be there. Enjoy the camera!
