Which type of digital camera is the best type to buy around 100$?
Which company and version. Good quality. Preferred under 150$, 3x zoom, 8-10 mega pixels, movies, stabilization and other features.

I would recommend the Cybershot, after doing some research on it myself it has the fastest shutterspeed. I would definitely avoid the Olympus. Many people also swear by Canons, I would tell you to narrow your search to the DSC-W120 (consider the 130, i forgot the price for that model however) and the canons, CNET has great reviews for cameras.
