Can any of the camera to take pictures of them in black and white?

Have an optical viewfinder is a nice feature. An LCD screen can be difficult to see the sunlight. Something you should consider. If you take a color photo that can use the image editing software to make it black and white. Save the file with a new name and has the color and black and white images. If you take a photo in black and white can not make a color photo later.
