Nikon CoolPix S203 can play video format?
I have the camera above. I downloaded and put videos and movies on my SD card and play them on my camera. It is possible and if so, what video format will play on the camera above. I tried to put the AVI SD card, but doesn't appear in the camera. And yes I am putting them in the correct folder on the SD card.
Unfortunately, not so easy. The camera is made to play video taken with the camera. If you took a video with another identical camera and tried to play, is likely to work. The problem is CODEC that is so different that the possibility that a video is exactly the correct format for playback on camera very unlikely. If you're really determinded, you can read the manual, and determine exactly which codec you use the camera to record video, then purchase and download the codec for use on your computer. You can then use the video editing software to convert the video clip you want in the correct format for your camera. Then copy the converted file. If you did this, you have at least a 50/50 chance that the file to playback on your camera. Sorry, but what we're dealing with is really beyond the capacity of your camera.
