Nikon Coolpix P6000 is a good camera?

I know this is a vague question, but I've been reading mixed reviews. It would be more useful if property you have made the camera, instead of giving me a link for review. I've read several reviews.

I have read comments that best mark t seems to be Canon or Olympus. Canon seems to make better P & S camera, while Olympus digital SLRs are unbeatable. I would buy a Canon PowerShot G10, if I were you. They are excellent cameras for around the same price (difference from store to store)
