What camera do you recommend – Nikon Coolpix S3000 or Casio Exilim EX-S12?
I thinking of buying a thin extra camera to keep in my pocket for appropriate times and above cameras look very similar in size, function and price. Can anyone out there make a detailed comparison or have any experiance with any of the cameras? Thanks, much appreciated!
Recommend Casio Exilim EX-S12 camera took me until recently because I was looking for a camera every day I could take pictures and videos at a reasonable pricepoint. This was the perfect fit for me. The controls and menus are simple and intuitive to use, no problems at all. What I recommend to people considering buying this is definitely going to want to raise an additional SD card for this. No internal memory, but even the lowest quality settings, internal memory allows only a 80 minute video or photos from outside the box. Reproduction with your camcorder, it really was able to pick up the sound of my dog licking his lips at least two feet away! My favorite feature of this camera is that is a countdown on the screen the number of photos and / or time for movies that is available to the memory card / internal memory (can be a feature common these days – I'm not sure, but I have none on my previous camera).
