My sister has a Kodak camera and it came with a USB cable. This cable is compatible with other models of Kodak on the road. I have a Nikon Coolpix S230, and I lost the USB cable for it. I downloaded the software to transfer the Nikon website, to put my photos on your computer. The cable kodak coolpix fits in the end, so I guess the transfer. but when connected to the computer nothing happened. even when kept instructions. What I'm trying to make is this: Is the Kodak USB cable compatible with my Nikon Coolpix S230?
Forget all that and just have to use a memory card reader. It is less complicated and safer for the cameras.
