Nikon CoolPix S220 10 MegaPixels vs Kodak EasyShare M1063 10.3 MegaPixels?

I like them both but cannot decide =(.
Nikon = $139
Kodak = $116
Update: I’ve been reading up on the Kodak 10 mega pixel M1033 & it sounds really nice. What do you think?

Personally I would go with Nikon
