What I can set shutter time with Nikon D70?

I want to choose the bulb shutter speed, but I have no idea how, just I am borrowing this camera, so I have no idea to wear it. The detail, the most appreciated!

1. Select "M" mode. 2. Move the wheel until the shutter time is going from 30 "3.'s In Bulb mode.
