Charger is a Nikon D80 camera safe for use in Europe?

I have a transformer loading device that allows me to load my stuff in Europe (France especially), but requires that power the load device is less than 50 watts. Is my camera charger safe to use? Heres the information that appears in the magazine: (This is a quick charger nikon-18a) MH Input: 120V ~ 60Hz 0.25A Output: – FOREIGN 0.9A-8.4V Input: 100-240V ~ 0.25A 50-60Hz Output: 8.4V– 0.9A I know that watts X Amps = volts, but i cannot figure this out. Please help.

The charger is considered a universal input device, which will work in us or European voltages directly. The only think you really need is either a different power cable with the correct side, or a plug adapter to change your style blade plugs to what is standard for the country you BTW. charger is intended for a 7.5W output at not receiving near 50W anwhere
