Need help finding a target?
I wonder what is the best, affordable lens to fit my needs. I need something fast, preferably f / 2.8 or faster and something that has a close focusing distance. Affordable to me means $ 500 or less. Focal length does not really matter, even a fixed lens is fine. Hopefully someone who has experience with something along these lines might give me your opinion. I was looking at the AF-S Micro-Nikkor 60 mm f / 2.8 G ED, does anyone have experience with this particular one? Also, what does the emergency room G at the end? I must have missed somewhere. Thanks for your help!
The 60 is a great lens – one of the sharpest Nikon work. Best macro for where you can get close to subjects (some bugs flying) Dispersion. G is open in unmarked – goal. ED glass is extra high to keep the contrast and reduce internal reflections. lens is also good for all days Shooting. Can not go wrong with it. HTH V
