Nikon 16-85mm VR + 70-300mm VR or 24-70mm lens?

Hi, which offers Nikon AF-S 16-85mm VR AF-S 70-300mm VR with a Nikon D300 digital SLR camera as a kit in Melbourne. Both lenses together cost less than 24-70 mm only.
