Upon entering the first digital SLR and need advice here:)?
Hi all, I'm going to put the first digital SLR in my life and will be the D90 or D7000. If I to get the D90, I'm definitely be able to get at least nice lenses and as D7000, must be unique. No But I am a little confused. AF lenses and AF-S 'main difference is the engine capacity, but as these consist of a digital SLR car engine, why do you still see the AF-S version? Is it because they speed up the autofocus? Another issue is that I'm hoping to be able to take first drawings of a good lens and I have chosen the 'AF Micro-Nikkor 60 mm f / 2.8 D ", but I chose the' AF Zoom-Nikkor 24-85mm f / 2.8-4D IF '. Do you think it is inappropriate? Should I choose the standard zoom lens in this case? Sorry for the many questions and I hope you do not mind giving me some advice. Thanks and have a great day ahead!
Either camera bodies will make an excellent choice – the quality of the lens have a lot more influence on the quality of image the body. Having said that I have heard excellent reports on the D7000. AF or AF-S work – as you rightly said, both the D90 and D7000 have motors focus on the bodies. AF-S does not have focus faster – are only available to those who do not have focus motors can use them (D3000, D3100 and D5000). The choice the lenses will be dictated by what he likes to shoot – 60 mm macro is an excellent macro lens is ideal for portraits too. The working distance is very close by which could frighten away timid creatures. You may want to consider the 105mm f2.8 macro. The 24-85mm lens is an objective of general interest and will be fast f2.8 with a great performance in low light.
