What lens should I buy? please help?

Well I'm getting an extra lens, and I'm deciding between 3 right now, please help ASAP! 1.Nikon Zoom AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 G Nikkor 70-300 mm F/4-5.6 2.Nikon 70-210mm IS or for less money, the Tamron AF 70-210mm TAMRON 3.NIKON thanks in advance!

1. Is it the VR 70-300mm or not? There is one each. If you can afford the VR, this is an excellent goal. 2. Could not find a 70-210mm on the Nikon site. 3. Could not find a 70-210mm on the Tamron site. Are 2 and 3 used lenses obsolete? I avoid them.
