Clucking noise of questions about a Nikon VR 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens. please help!?
I just received my brand new Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens and when shooting in normal mode with VR off, everything is fine and autofocus camera is very soft. But when put to virtual reality, the camera takes pictures and all, but the plastic lens makes strange noises, and when a media outlet or the button to take a picture that makes a strange noise and after making another statement or clunchking / clicking noise that just doesn't sound right. My question is: Do all the virtual reality glasses have strong cackling noise ratio when dealing with slight vibration?? Thanks … I just noticed that the image also changes a bit from left to right when u look through the viewfinder and release after U took a picture … (which of course, accompanied by a strange rustling noise plastic)
The noise is the back of the lens elements to adjust the camera / lens movement. If you try the lens on a tripod, VR mode, the noise should stop line Basically, if the images are Sharp all is well, but at least I take the camera and lens in a camera store and get their opinion. My 18-200mm makes it a little noise in VR mode, but I say that vibrates.
