What is the difference between AF-S DX Zoom-NIKKOR 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED and AF Zoom-NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4-5.6G..?
camera lenses. Which one would be better to take pictures of wildlife?
Well both seem good.
the longer the lense the further out you can zoom.. some people have focusing issues. just don’t use auto!
but i suggest the 70-300 just so you can look out further! get closer to a tree and get a bird!
the 200mm will do that too but that extra 100mm will be a huge impact!
my suggestion is to try it before you buy it go to a place that lets you rent lenses and take it out for a day.
it’s worth the added cost in getting the lens you want!!
