Fisheye in the $ 100 maybe?

I have a nikon d40x and I am looking for a decent price in a fisheye lens …. ive done extensive research on the Nikkor 10.5mm and Peleng 3.5 and tokina, sigma expensivvve yadadadada but all too! that it leaves me an option that is 16 mm Zenit – I think …. Anyone recommend? and does anyone know of anything else in my budget range ?…. without converters … any help would be nice. Thank you.

You've done your research well. Unfortunately, almost as cheap Zenit how are you going lenses. For ~ $ 200, you get a construction well with fish-eye (quite impressive) both Cyrillic text at the top of the lens and the barrel. The disadvantage is that it is an FX fisheye lens circular no. You lose most of fishiness ", deposited on a DX camera. Your other option only at this price level is the Peleng, at ~ $ 330. It projects a circular image on a FX camera, so that its D40x, corners will dark, but you will not lose massive barrel distortion or 180 degree angle of view. It really comes down to what their plans are for the lens. For what it's worth, there is nothing wrong with the Nikkor. It's expensive, but you can always sell if you change your mind. The lenses do not depreciate as camera bodies. Good luck!
