Nikon lens worth?

I have an old Nikon lens. It is a Nikkor-H, 50 mm, manual focus, zoom 1:2. I think it was between '64 and '73, how much is it worth?

It is a prime number, not a zoom. Judging by results on eBay, is worth about $ 20 – $ 40 in good condition to excellent.
