What happens when rewinding a movie without having to press the rewind button?
I have a Nikkormat FT3, and I forgot to press the button release back before turning the rewind button (yes, stupid, I know). There were some strange sounds coming – the forcing of the I guess movie – but after a little, while the control was weak. I think the time it took was too short for all the roll to be rewound. Any idea of what happened? Should I open the camera? I really do not want the movie was ruined.
