Should I buy a Nikon D200 or Nikon D90?
I have a d40 at the time, ready to move on now I really have no reason other than deputy for printing for college. I keep my lenes I have for the d40 to fit some of the new cameras? I have the standard kit lens 50mm Nikkor 18-55mm and Sigma 70-300 also
If the number of pixels is important, the D90 may be exactly what you're looking for. The D200 has been replaced D300 for quite some time, so forget about that. While the D300 has the same number of pixels as the D90, is a completely different beast (like the D200 era). A professional grade camera, weather sealing, fast, and for professionals. No exposure presets found in the D300, for example, so be expected to understand the picture in detail. The D90 is more "consumer friendly." Your lenses will work fine in both.
