Limitation T2i Canon HD video?
I wanted to buy the new rebel T2i family photos and general use, but was also a campaign on the use of HD video … However … I read … about the limitation of 12 minutes i quite do not understand that .. Can anyone give me a little More information about this …. Because I felt uncomfortable having 10 memory cards each recording 12 minutes of real video … please help? Also other cameras can record without having this problem … my budget is around 800 to $ 1200, so I'm looking at the Nikon 3100 or Sony Alpha T2i a55.
12 minutes for filming in high definition. 12 minutes of HD video is 4 GB and is the file size limit of a single video clip and continuous. You can have more than 12 minutes of video if you shoot short clips and have a higher capacity SD card. If you shoot at a lower resolution (eg, 640 x 480), then you can capture more than 12 minutes of continuous video. Make sure you have the fastest SD card if you intend to shoot music video ever and when the camera need to transfer the data to the card before the camera buffer is full. This limitation is not usually a problem, since few people shoot a continuous 12-minute clip. Usually shoot 2 to 3 minutes, recompose and shoot again. Note that it is also very, very difficult to edit a clip of time your computer needs to load the entire clip before they can work on it. Small clips are more manageable. If there is a need to shoot a long clip, then a video camera is a better option. The limit of 4GB per clip is a technical limitation so this applies to almost all digital SLR cameras with function. If video you want to read more about the video function, see the link below.
