What lens is best for wildlife photography?
I have a Nikon D50 and am thinking about getting a D80. I want a 300 mm lens wildlife (especially birds) shots. That out of these two lenses would you say is the best option? 1.) Nikon AF-S VR 70-300 mm http://www.dpreview.com/news/0608/06080901nikonafs70-300vrlens.asp or 2.) Tokina 100-300mm lens for Nikon http://www.photozone.de/canon-eos/279-tokina-af-100-300mm-f4-at-x-ii-lab-test-report– review
In fact, none of them. Aleja usually done to produce images of poor wildlife. You should probably buy a 300 mm f / 4 first.
