Need reviews / info / advice on a nikon 70-300 vr DX lens?
Im new to the game and I have a digital SLR d40x. I want a zoom and wondered if this goal was a good buy at $ 499? and what other lenses are good for this style of camera? thanks
Maybe that is the lens at B & H $ 470 photos … and is NOT a DX lens. It is a lens that can be used in 35 mm, FX and DX cameras. For the focal range this lens, there really is no other similar objective. I used the AF 70-300 mm greater in photography sports and air shows. It produces great images … now I have a 400 mm f/2.8, so do not use it. The only thing close to its target would be the 70-200 mm f/2.8, but losing 100 mm and it only costs $ 1,330,>)
