Is this an autofocus lens with my Nikon D40?
I'm buying a telephoto lens for my new Nikon D40. Did not realize there were problems compatibility when it comes to new lens and autofocus. I think this auto focus lens with my camera, but can not find a clear "yes, be! "anywhere. Could someone give me the signal? Yes, absolutely, without doubt, positively work with the D40. It has a focus motor incorporated into the lens, so that does not depend on an engine body approach (which is what lacks the D40).
