how long a fully charged Li-ion Battery EN-EL10 battery last?

battery of a Nikon Coolpix S230 digital camera? I really need know because im going on a trip and I have to see the battery can last until the need to recharge you!

Camera Batteries not last for a certain period of time, but take a certain number of shots per charge. Nikon says you can get 160 shots per battery charge with the S230. In general it is good only to charge the battery overnight and be ready in the morning for use. Of course, if you use the LCD to display your pictures, the battery does not last nearly as long.

    I have a nikon coolpix s205 camera that I cant get the battery to charge.I plug into computer and wont work and then bought a charger you plug into outlet and still wont.I have had only 1 year can battery already go bad?Dont use it a ton just some family photos etc.Took out battery and looks ok .
