Will You Get Digital Camera fixed Disaster?
Two big problems with digital camera, a matter of Canon lenses and a sensor defect image is found in many different companies' models, continue to affect the owners, but have drawn responses from companies totally different.

He opted for the repair camera, and "without any explanation [the problem] accompanied the repaired camera," Hartshorn said in his e-mail. But he says it gave the impression during talks with representatives from Canon that something like dust or sand had gotten into the space around the barrel.
Canon says the E18 error appears when nothing prevents the lens extension or retraction. For example, the lens can freeze or stick if a camera is subjected to an external shock or any substance (such as liquid, sand or earth) filters in the unit, says the company. Or, if a camera is turned on, while inside a bag and something that prevents the lens from the extraction, users might be affected, Canon says.> / p>
It is not our fault, users say
The current controversy centers around Canon camera owners, who insist that was not the cause of their problems and feel Canon should fix problems for free. They have made their stories known in a number of Internet user forums and blogs, including those from Digital Photography Review, Imaging Resource, and the area of juggling.
To help keep their problem-free camera, Canon recommends not touching the lens or its surrounding areas. The company also suggested to make sure the power is off before storing your camera in your case.
If you get hit with the dreaded E18 error, turn off the camera, and again does not deal with it, Canon suggests contacting the store where purchased the unit, taking the nearest service center or call technical support at Canon 800/828-4040.
If the camera is still under warranty and you need to send it to Canon technical support from the company says it will examine E18 problems on a case by case basis whether the warranty covers repairs. But if the warranty has expired, you will pay.
ConsumerAffairs.com reported last fall that the In Chicago law firm of Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates filed a class action on behalf of camera owners affected by the E18 problem. Neither Canon nor the law firm would comment on the litigation pending. A law firm in San Francisco, Girard Gibbs & De Bartolomeo, is also investigating the matter.
Another problem that hits a camera range of cameras that were manufactured between 2002 and 2004 in areas with heavy heat and humidity.
