How was your experience with the Nikon customer service?
I bought a Nikon D60 Sept.Used only twice, and when I went to use the target was to make a clicky sound.To a long story short, I sent it to Nikon after getting no satisfaction at all from FutureShop (which I might add offer Warranty has not exttended me when I bought this) Nikon called to say something inside was broken and didn't warranty covers accidental damage.Now this was not drop the camera, electronic tc.It scratches, dents, etc and who can say that it was kept down while at the store! Im very disappointed with Nikon. $ 140 to repair the lens, I believe that customer satisfaction should be priceless.Word of mouth is the best way to advertisement.Perhaps Ill make a youtube vid about my experience and consumer feedback on this product.Im not sure what my next step to be …. speak with a manager from Nikon, which demand FS? Any contribution is greatly appreciated!
