Large plastic bag for the camera?

I really want to take my Nikon D60 to Disney World, but do not want to risk that while wet get into the games. I'm not trying to take pictures of the games themselves, but I want to take pictures around the park and such. Anyway, would it work if I took a large ziploc bag and put my camera in there while I'm in the game? I am sure that for wet walks [Splash Mountain] I'll get a wardrobe and to run any risk of losing it or humidity.

Check out the line Lowepro All Weather (AW) bags. Lowepro bags only makes the camera so they are exceptionally well designed for both durability and ease of use. They do all different styles and sizes of handbags, small, traditional shoulder bags, waistbags, backpacks, rolling bags, and even large. The bags are made of nylon, which is fairly resistant to water and of itself. The bags all types of weather, denoted by the letters "AW" at the end of his name, has an additional protection in the form of a rain coat "that is completely water resistant. It is designed to completely fit tightly around the bag, to protect it from water. When not in use, the roof folds and tucks away in a pocket of the bag, although a small portion is permanently attached to the bag and to prevent loss. When I went to Disneyworld a few months ago one, I've done pretty much exclusive use my Lowepro Slingshot 100AW on the day I took a camera. Kept everything completely dry and safe, even during the rains rains, I got a lot wetter than any of the water attractions did.
