My first Nikon camera, help choosing?
So I really wanted to start something with photography, I mean to draw is definitely my number one focus, but the picture is in my top 3, and I have not gotten my first real camera, and I was thinking of Nikon camera body HELP I was leaning tawrd the D200, but is a bit expensive for my first (although I tried my friend in the park and I really like). The one I'm destined for this moment is the D90, and comments, experiences, suggestions, questions, concerns are appreciated ah, and with respect to the lenses, do you suggesions? LENS I want one more than all cameras you can zoom in and SOOM quite well, although I know that are specific glasses for both THANK YOU!
Most people will tell you "start with the D40 / D40X / D60. "I started with the D60, and was a bit unhappy when I learned that my camera does not have a focusing motor. If you have money to justify it, more power to you. Go to D90. Chances are, unless you really going to come into the picture, you buy only a dSLR, so you can and make it a great one. Do not end up like me, wanting to have bought a different camera, or just pining for another. I personally I can say that Nikon makes a great dSLR. As for lenses go, the kit lens that is usually sold with the D90 (18-105mm) should be sufficient. In fact, this goal has versatility. With that range, you do not need another lens unless you want to get serious with photography. But if you want more information for some glasses, do something along the lines of a 70-300mm telephoto lens, and you are covered in a wide range of focal lengths. Good luck and have fun.
