Nikon Coolpix digital camera (S550)?
for the camera I have now is not that great. It's a Sony Cybershot and diffuse without flash and all looks terrible with flash. In addition it takes an eternity after pressing the button on the image to be taken. The Nikon Coolpix is cool colors and the commercial says qucikly starts. so a couple of questions. 1. Do you take standard AA batteries and comes with a battery of some I have to charge? 2. Do the batteries last a while? 3. Do the videos have sound [or camera or just the computer]? 4. Are the good photos? 5. Do you take pictures quickly instead of having a delay? 6. any additional comments or opinions. Thanks! I really need a camera because its summer and I'm traveling a lot! & & I have a SanDisk memory card 1.0 GB of my old camera so works on the Nikon?
Unfortunately, Sony memory sticks only works with other Sony products. The good news is that the SD / SDHC used by Coolpix (And many others) are sold in pack of two cards of 2 GB for under $ 20. Fortunately, the S550 uses a Li-ion battery, so you can expect a better performance both it that the AA used to be so popular. Li-ion batteries are charged longer and will last for years.
