"I can use AI lenses on a Nikon n6006?
I still really do not understand how they rank in the lens. I know the AF wont work my MS if I get an AF lens, but the damage is to put a camera lens nikon SF not a n6006?
This is a good article and a chart Ken Rockwell that answers your question in detail. Http: / / www.kenrockwell.com / nikon / compatibility-lens.htm Your Nikon N6006 can not accept "slippery fisheye" lenses, or can be mounted Pre-AI lens. AI converted lenses will not give matrix metering, although AI-s and AI lenses. AF-D & AF are 100% compatible with the measurement complete and auto focus. AF-S and AF-I m, but no autofocus. Virtual reality goggles meters and auto focus, but VR (Vibration Reduction) feature will not be enabled. G lenses (no aperture ring (it works in the P & S with the following note: "N6006 (F-601) always flashes" Rate "with a lens G. Otherwise, the N6006 works very well in P, with a lens G. The other modes might work, but you're pushing your luck: the S mode works, but you have to set the shutter speed in M mode and no information given exposure unless you are above or below, as shown in bar graphs. Manual mode works only with a minimum opening and an external meter (The N6006 shows and meters for the maximum aperture, but exposes Minimum opening in place.) One way underexposed, because it shows and meters for the maximum aperture, but exposes the minimum opening in place. "I'm not clear on what you mean by a "non-fiction" of the target, but I hope this information helps.
