What do you call the material under the camera strap around the neck prevents slippage?
I want to know, with nylon straps camera (Such as those that come free when you buy a new camera Canon or nikon digital slr)), what do you call the material that is sewn in the center of the nylon mesh? It prevents the strap from slipping. A friend said is nylon, but I think it is. Help? : (
I noticed I remember a few choice about this. Some nylon straps are some who have a thin rubber like coating, but not sure if it is rubber and then finally a cloth material that has a velvet finish irregular and non-slip. It does not help a lot too. Sorry. Marcos
